Common Inquiries

Frequently Asked Questions

The Pilgrimage is a commitment of time, presence, and heart. These questions are offered to help you listen inwardly and discern whether this journey is calling you.

How do I know if the Pilgrimage is right for me at this time?

The Pilgrimage tends to call women who feel a quiet (or not-so-quiet) knowing that something in their life is asking to shift. You may not have clear answers or a defined intention yet, often it begins as a feeling, a restlessness, or a longing to return to yourself. If you feel drawn toward community, reflection, nature-based practices, and a slower, more intentional way of listening inward, this journey may be a good fit. Trust what moves in your body as much as what makes sense in your mind.

What can I learn from taking this course?

You will be introduced to new concepts, ideas, and different cultural practices aside from being able to explore the lineages of your own ancestral practices. The more energy you put into your personal study and explorations the more you will gain from it.

Is this course taught in person or online?

The course is online but includes LIVE and self guided aspects.  For personal and communal check in and support we will meet every two weeks  via zoom in addition to a private FB and Whatsapp group.

Why is the course seven months long?

From our experience it takes time and dedication to form and deepen a relationship with new energies, concepts, rituals, and healthy habits.

What if I miss a month of the program due to traveling, prior commitments, etc..?

Having to miss some of the program is not an issue.  The course material will be available to you to be able to catch up when life slows down, that's the beauty of an online platform.

What kind of group space will this be?

This is a women-centered container grounded in confidentiality, mutual respect, and shared responsibility. We move slowly, listen deeply, and honor each woman’s lived experience. You will never be forced to share, perform, or disclose more than feels right for you. Community is held as a place of witnessing, not fixing.

What happens after the seven months are complete?

The Pilgrimage does not end with answers necessarily but, rather, it leaves you with tools, relationships, and a deeper trust in your own inner guidance. Many women experience increased clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of belonging, to themselves and to life. Opportunities for continued connection, Cohort of 2027 Pilgrimage, and future gatherings may be offered.

Can I make payments for this course?

"Yes, there are a number of different payment options available for you to explore. Click HERE for payment options.

Is this therapy or a replacement for medical or mental health care?

No. The Pilgrimage is a personal and communal exploration rooted in reflection, ritual, and relationship to self, community, and land. It is not therapy and does not replace professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. Many participants find it complements other forms of support they may already be engaged in.

What is the time commitment?

The Pilgrimage unfolds over seven months, with monthly live gatherings and suggested weekly personal practices. Most participants spend about 20–30 minutes a day engaging with reflection, writing, or embodied practices, though this can ebb and flow depending on your life circumstances. This is not a program to rush through, it is an invitation to walk alongside your daily life rather than escape it.

Is the Pilgrimage offered only in a group format?

No. While the Pilgrimage is primarily offered as a group journey, a limited one-on-one option is available for those who feel called to work individually with Angelika over the seven-month period. Pricing reflects the difference in level of personalized support. Click HERE  to explore the details of the One-on-One 2026 Pilgrimage.

The Pilgrimage is less about becoming someone new and more about remembering what has always been the essence of your original beauty.
